Returns, cancellation and refunds

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

14-day right to cancel online orders

If you are a consumer, you may cancel most online purchases without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods. Email markmahon12324@gmail.com with your name, order number, the goods you wish to return and a clear statement that you are cancelling. You may also use the model cancellation form below.

After notifying us, return the goods within a further 14 days. Contact us before posting anything so that we can provide the correct return address and instructions. You are responsible for the direct return postage cost for a change-of-mind return unless we agree otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you returned them, whichever occurs first. Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method, including the standard outbound delivery charge, within 14 days after the applicable requirement is met. Extra delivery costs chosen above our least expensive standard option are not refundable.

Hygiene exception

The statutory cancellation right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

30-day money-back guarantee

For eligible change-of-mind returns requested within 30 days of delivery, the product must remain unused, unopened, sealed and in its original packaging. Contact us before returning it. Return postage for a change-of-mind return is paid by the customer.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, faulty, unsafe, incorrect or not as described. Include your order number and clear photographs where appropriate. Your remedies are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund. Where the law requires us to accept a faulty return, ELVRO bears the reasonable return cost.
