Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver only to destinations offered in the country selector and at checkout. Availability can change. References to international delivery mean selected international destinations, not every country worldwide.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is generally 6–10 business days after dispatch. The delivery estimate shown at checkout or in your dispatch email applies to your order. Estimates are not guarantees, but we remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you nominate.

Tracking and split shipments

Where tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Orders may sometimes arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping because we split an order.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your address carefully before completing checkout. Contact markmahon12324@gmail.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment begins. If an order is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Customs and import charges

For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes or handling charges may be payable by the recipient unless checkout expressly states that they are included. These charges are set by the destination country and are not controlled by ELVRO.
