Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from and use of shopelvro.com. The seller trades as ELVRO from Celtic Stone Monumental Works, Ballon, Co. Carlow, R93 NW81, Ireland. Contact: markmahon12324@gmail.com.

Orders and contract formation

Products displayed on the website are invitations to place an order. After you submit an order, we will send an acknowledgement. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where stock, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention or delivery information is materially incorrect. If payment was taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website and include applicable taxes where the store states that taxes are included. Delivery charges and any other unavoidable charges known to us are shown before the order is submitted. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or another payment method displayed at checkout.

Products and use

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Screen colours and image proportions can vary. Cosmetic products must be used only as directed on their physical label. Read the ingredient list and warnings before use and stop use if irritation occurs. Nothing on the website is medical advice.

Delivery

Delivery destinations, charges and estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Risk of loss remains with ELVRO until the goods are delivered to you or to a person you nominate, except where you independently appoint a carrier that we did not offer.

Cancellation, returns and faulty products

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are described in our Refund Policy. Mandatory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and applicable European Union consumer law are not limited by these terms.

Promotions and offers

Offer conditions are displayed with the relevant promotion. Offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined unless stated. For the “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” offer, three bottles are supplied for the displayed offer total.

Reviews and user content

Reviews supplied with an original product listing may be displayed with a clear source disclosure and may be shortened for clarity without changing their meaning. Reviews collected directly by ELVRO will not be described as verified purchases unless reasonable verification steps have been taken. Individual experiences vary.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping. Website design, ELVRO branding and original content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where law permits. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their owners.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, defective products or breach of mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Cookie choices can be reviewed through the Cookie preferences link in the footer.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Irish law. Consumers retain any mandatory protections available in the country where they habitually reside. You may bring a claim in any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a concern.

Changes

The terms that apply to an order are those available when the order is placed. We may update these website terms for future use where our services or legal obligations change.
